Johnny begins with a fermenter filled with apple cider and ale wort. The wort has been custom tailored to bring out the best in the blend by emphasizing the hop flavor and body. Once fermentation is complete Johnny is generously dry-hopped with Sterling hops. 


22 IBU ~5.7% ABV

A Belgian-style pale ale. Luella was brewed to be enjoyed as spring transitions into summer. In the
tradition of a Belgian pale ale, Luella finishes dry but offers a perceived candy sweetness with aromas of grape and bread, spice from a late addition of Sterling hops, and a bit of Belgian funkiness to round it out.

To create this Coffee Pale Ale Ground Breaker started with their award-winning Pale Ale and then
added cold-brewed coffee from Equal Exchange rather than the dry-hops.

St. Denny
Winter 2015
25 ibu ~6.5% ABV

St. Denny is brewed with roasted chestnuts, roasted lentils, and dark Belgian candi syrup. It's lightly hopped with Oregon-grown Sterling hops, and fermented with a blend of two gluten-free Belgian yeast strains.


FALL 2015
30 IBU ~5.7% ABV

During production, pumpkin seeds are toasted, crushed, and added to the mash. Squash Ale is then ‘triple squashed’ with added squash in the mash tun, kettle, and fermenter. The fermenter addition consists of squash that has been slow roasted for several days into a squash butter. A gentle addition
of cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted coriander has been added to complement the squash flavors and aromas.

For the past two years we’ve offered a fresh hop version of our Pale Ale where instead of dry-hopping with Cascade and Meridian hops we have used fresh Meridian hops. This year we thought it would be interesting to offer a second version of this fresh hop beer featuring Cascade hops. We brewed up only 15 barrels of Cascade Fresh Hop Pale Ale using over 100 pounds of fresh, wet, Cascade hops from Goschie Farms in Silverton, Oregon.
