Olallie is brewed with blackberries and rose hips and then finished with Crystal hops for a classic Northwest aroma. Olallie has been kept light and dry with only a hint of bitterness.
Pale Ale | 30 IBU, 5.5% ABV
Our first beer. Pale ale is gently bittered with Cascade and Meridian hops to give it a pleasant aroma without pushing the bitterness into IPA territory. Bronze medal winner for best gluten-free beer at the 2012 Great American Beer Festival.
Dark Ale on Nitro | 35 IBU, 5.5% ABV
Dark Ale uses very dark, espresso-like roasted chestnuts and lentils along with dark
Belgian-style candi for a roasty flavor and aroma with notes of chocolate and dark fruits. Winner of the Gold Medal in the Gluten-Free Beer category at the 2014 and 2016 Great American Beer Festival.
IPA No. 5 | 70 IBU, 6.0% ABV
IPA No. 5 is brewed with roasted chestnuts, roasted lentils, and Belgian-style candi sugar. Finished and dry-hopped with Crystal and Santiam hops. Winner of the Silver Medal in the Gluten-Free Beer category at GABF 2015. 70 IBU 6% ABV.
Farscape | 60 IBU, 6% ABV
An IPA, made with Simcoe cryo-hops. Earthey, piney, and a hint of berry.
YES EKUANOT | 50 IBU, 6% ABV
We hope you brought a straw, because this cryo-hopped IPA is like an adult juice box. Citrus and tropical fruits shine through with the addition of Cryo Ekuanot hops.
