When Joe Morris approached us way back in 2017 about his idea of founding a gluten-free homebrew club we were thrilled with the idea and excited to offer Ground Breaker Brewing as a meeting space. There were about fifteen people at that first meeting, a “better-than-expected turnout” Joe said at the time. When Ground Breaker hosted the Zero Tolerance one year anniversary party, over sixty people showed up to taste 70 different gluten-free beers. In the years since that first meeting ZT has flourished with the Facebook group growing to over 1,600 members spread across six different continents! To celebrate and support Zero Tolerance, Ground Breaker has collaborated with club leaders Cale Baldwin and Stuart Cole to brew and can this Australian and New Zealand-inspired Pilsner. 5% of the profits will be donated to Zero Tolerance Gluten Free Homebrew Club.
